IWA World Mid-Heavyweight Championship was a puroresu title controlled by International Wrestling Enterprise and sanctioned by International Wrestling Alliance between 1969 and 1981.
Tanaka Tadaharu and Teranishi Isamu were the only wrestlers to hold the title.
Although the championship was rarely defended, the weight division was featured in the high-flying style, before it was more popularized by Fujinami Tatsumi in New Japan Pro-Wrestling in the late 1970s.
The title was retired when IWE closed in 1981.
